Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. This will allow you plenty of time for a leisurely check-in and to change (if necessary) into a spa robe and slippers. In honor of your peaceful surroundings, we ask that all guests place cell phones and beepers on vibrate. Also, please note that an adult must accompany children under the age of 18 at all times. Please inquire about complimentary childcare offered during spa services.
We request that you make your reservation in the Salon and Spa in advance so we can accommodate your needs. However, we are always willing to do our very best to accommodate any last minute requests.
A credit card or room number is required to hold a scheduled appointment. Should you need to cancel, we require a 3-hour notice. Cancellations of packages, bridal services, or private parties require a 24-hour notice. Appointments cancelled in less than this required time will be billed at full price.
Gift certificates are available and valid for one year after purchase. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
Gratuity is not included with our Treatment and Salon cost, however, is greatly appreciated. Your Spa Therapist or Receptionist can assist you in charging this to your room, if requested.
